Infinity Dance Inc. believes that every student should be presented with the opportunity to learn from highly trained, certified, and experienced instructors. We believe that every student (competitive and recreational) deserves to learn in a positive, supportive, and nurturing environment. At Infinity Dance we proudly present all of our students with internationally recognized syllabus classes with the opportunity to be examined at competitive/affordable prices (Royal Academy of Dance, ADAPT Jazz and Tap, Acrobatic Arts, etc).
STEPHANIE GRONNING
STUDIO OWNER AND DIRECTOR, INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER

Born and raised in Medicine Hat, Stephanie was fortunate enough to grow up competitively dancing within the Medicine Hat dance community. Formerly trained in RAD ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, lyrical, musical theater, and modern, she knew from a very young age that she would pursue dance as a career. Her passion for dance, technical development, and creativity is evident in every class she teaches.
Miss Stephanie is passionate about ensuring the highest quality training for her students, and continues to train, learn, and grow in her professional development. Currently Miss Stephanie holds certificates and memberships through the Royal Academy of Dance (CBTS/RTS), ADAPT (Jazz & Tap), Acrobatic Arts, International Dance Teaching Standards, the Acro Dance Teachers Association, Progressing Ballet Technique, Ready, Set, Dance, and Discover Dance. She holds her Level 1 Early Childhood Development certificate through the Government of Alberta, and most recently, Stephanie attended the University of Las Vegas to continue her teacher training. While in Las Vegas, she obtained her Level 1 Teaching Certificate upon successful completion of classes in anatomy, early childhood development, ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, modern, and hiphop!
Miss Stephanie is grateful for her opportunity to be Mentor through the Royal Academy of Dance for students in the Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studios program! She is motivated to assist each of her past, present, and future students to reach their goals as dancers and to be the very best dancers they can be.
In 2013 Miss Stephanie was fortunate enough to bring a group of students to Walt Disney World to dance in the Disney parade, attend workshops, and perform within the Walt Disney World parks. 2 years later she had the opportunity to co-choreograph for another group of students to perform aboard the Carnival Splendor as they travelled through the Western Caribbean.
Miss Stephanie is so excited to head into her 14th dance season as an instructor, and 6th season as the owner of Infinity Dance! She hopes to inspire dancers of all ages for many generations to come!
HEATHER SEIB
ASSISTANT STUDIO DIRECTOR & DIRECTOR OF RECREATIONAL PROGRAMMING
ADAPT, ADTA, PBT, EARLY CHILDHOOD DANCE EDUCATION
Miss Heather has been a dance instructor/choreographer within our community for the last 13 years. She specializes in Hip Hop, Acro, Musical Theatre, and Contemporary. Miss Heather has had the opportunity to travel and perform with dance groups such as Epo, J-Fish, and her college dance team, R.U. She has travelled with students to multiple competitions including Las Vegas, Nevada and has won multiple trophies and choreography awards.
Miss Heather is certified in ADAPT Jazz & Tap, Early Childhood Dance Education (Discover Dance), Progressing Ballet Technique, Ready, Set, Dance teacher training, and most recently received her Level 1 Certificate through the University of Las Vegas! During her time in Las Vegas, she studied anatomy and early childhood development, and spent time continuing her training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, and HipHop! Miss Heather is continuing her education while training through the Acro Dance Teachers Association!
She has cannot wait to head into her 6th season as an Instructor/Choreographer with Infinity Dance and her 16th season as a Dance Instructor!
AMARA THRALL
INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER

Miss Amara was born and raised in Lethbridge Alberta where her love for dancing began at age three. Over her career as a dance student she has completed all graded levels of RAD ballet, Al Gilbert tap and ADAPT jazz exams but her passion for dancing didn't stop there. After completing two years of university and doing some world travelling, Amara decided she needed to share her passion and love for the art of dance with others. Miss Amara has since then completed her certifications through ADAPT (Jazz and Tap), the Royal Academy of Dance Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies, Ready, Set, Dance teaching program, and most recently received her Level 1 Certificate through the University of Las Vegas! During her time in Las Vegas, she studied anatomy and early childhood development, and spent time continuing her training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, and HipHop!
Miss Amara is extremely excited to head into her 3rd season with the Infinity Dance team! She looks forward to educating and inspiring young dancers with her knowledge and passion, as well as put her qualifications to wonderful use!
Karli Martens
INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER
Meet Miss Karli! Miss Karli was born and raised in Medicine Hat, and is currently enrolled in Education at the Medicine Hat College! Karli began dancing at the age of 9, and became a student and assistant teacher at Infinity Dance in our inaugural year in 2018!
Miss Karli grew up training in Jazz, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Contemporary, Ballet, Tap, and Lyrical. Karli is dedicated to bringing the highest quality of education into each class, and has been working hard to obtain new teaching certifications each year! She has successfully completed her certification in Progressing Ballet Technique, Progressive Contemporary Technique, Module 1 Acrobatic Arts, and most recently, she received her teaching certifications through Ready, Set, Dance! Karli has also completed Year 1 of the Adapt Teacher Training School, and looks forward to graduating in the years to come!
Fun fact: Miss Karli is also a lifeguard!
Working with children is one of Karli’s biggest passions in life. From dance, to swimming, to moving into the educational system as a teacher- she cannot wait to share her passion for life with each one of her students in the years to come!!
TAYLOR OHS
INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER
ADAPT TTS, ACROBATIC ARTS
Born and raised in Medicine Hat, Miss Taylor grew up as a competitive dancer training in numerous styles of dance including Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Tap, Pointe, Modern, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, and Acrobatics. At the age of fourteen,
Miss Taylor obtained her ADAPT syllabus assistant teacher certification, and just recently graduated from the three year ADAPT teachers training program. She has also completed Modules one and two of the Acrobatic Arts Teaching Program.
Miss Taylor is so excited to share her love and passion for dance with each of her students while also providing the highest quality of training.
CLAIRE MCILRAVEY
JUNIOR INSTRUCTOR/ASSISTANT
Meet Miss Claire! Miss Claire is a Junior instructor/Assistant teacher with us here at Infinity Dance! She has grown up within the competitive dance programs within Medicine Hat, and became a student and assistant instructor at Infinity Dance in 2019! We are THRILLED to have Claire joining our teaching team for the 2023/24 dance season!!
Miss Claire grew up training in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Contemporary, and Lyrical. Recently she completed her teaching certifications through Ready, Set, Dance!, and Acrobatic Arts!
Working with young children is her passion and she cannot wait to continue to learn, grow, and share her love for dance with our students for many years to come!
JACQUIE CLARKSON
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Miss Jacquie has worked as a lower elementary Educational Assistant with MHCBE for the past 21 years! She is passionate about working with children of all ages, and currently holds her Early Childhood Development Level 1 certificate. With over 22 years experience being a dance mom, Miss Jacquie has now stepped into the role of working in a dance studio! You will find her behind the desk at Infinity Dance- hard at work answering all of your questions and concerns! Miss Jacquie is a proud mom to 3 children and a grandma to 4 littles! She loves to garden, sew, and anything DIY! Our “Jacquie of all trades”
